Yes, had the A maths common test today. lol.
There are two extremes to the comments made .. Very easy and very difficult..
For me was...okay, but nearer to the difficult side. haha. hope i dint make any careless mistake which is kinda impossible =x

Ahh, after school....Biotechnology Workshop @Singapore Polytechnic.
haha. Shugee and Huishi and the sec4s went to the drug group...I think they are extracting samples from drugs.
While the rest of us including sec2s went for the enzymes kinetics one.
The aim if this workshop is to introduce the use of spectrometer and study effect of temperature on the enzyme.
Haha we got to use the micropipettes which can abstract much much much smaller volumes of liquid and spectrometer to measure the absorbance signal from enzyme-substrate reaction.

Then after that we are suppose to abstract o-Nitrophenylgalactoside which is the substrate of enzyme beta-galactosidase into a test tube. After that, abstract also using a micropipette, Sodium Phosphate buffer pH 7.3 solution into the same test tube.
Ya...then blah blah...haha.

then after more more steps taken for the experiment, we put the test tube with the enzyme in it already into the spectrometer.
Then we went for the tea break. haha
yes...chow chow chow. lol.
Bee-hoon and loads of stuff were served.
Ate two small plates.
hmm ...haha. drooling already. Im starving now. No, I'm starving everyday. lol.
I'm not dieting or wadever xD just that...lol. lazy ., haha
ya ya ya then after that we went back in and then the lecturer explained the absorbance to us and drew a graph...
Then we are suppose to write an essay and then the outstanding one will stand a chance to win something...
Then we were supposed to obtain the results but then we went out and then went downstairs. lol. coz he say after u take out from the spectrometer, the solution will turn yellow, which is ortho-nitrophenol after the enzyme break down the substrate..
lol something like that. not sure. lol, dull post for today, eh? One random piece of note : Stand under the rain (with an umbrella of course ) after you have ur shower. - by Yours Truly, me. lol. random right -.-

Yeah and then we went down and waited for shugee's group and we walked around...haha.
ahh yes, one more thing:
